Road MonitoriQ is an innovative tool used to evaluate and optimize the maintenance of road networks. The technology consists of embedded IoT sensors that collect various data indicating pavement health. The data is evaluated by advanced algorithms, powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning, to indicate the type and frequency of maintenance required to sustain optimal pavement conditions.

Road MonitoriQ’s innovative technology permits remote monitoring of pavement health on an ongoing basis, allowing for early detection of deteriorating road surfaces. In turn, this limits expenditures on human capital for road maintenance, and reduces inaccuracies caused by human error.

Developing a product with a positive environmental impact was imperative to the founding members of Road MonitoriQ. As such, the sensors utilize green technology, and can be powered through either solar or ambient energy. Additionally, by limiting instances of extensive road work or reconstruction, Road MonitoriQ reduces air pollution generated by construction processes, as well as emissions from running cars in traffic caused by road closures. Finally, safe, smooth and well-maintained roads encourage individuals to walk or cycle when possible, lessening the negative impact of gas vehicles on the environment.

Mohammad is a seasoned finance executive with experience in a variety of management positions within a financial institution. Mohammad holds a Master’s degree with a focus in Organizational Entrepreneurship, preceded by a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Industrial Management. He has also has published research in The American Journal of Scientific Research, presented at reputable entrepreneurial conferences, and earned a multitude of professional certifications, awards, and distinctions.
